Preemie Child Instructions

Upon Being Subscribed

During the subscription process your introduction (without contact information) is sent by me to the group. Once I subscribe you, you are welcome to read the messages and to post your own email to the group. To write to the group write to this address: PREEMIE-CHILD@LISTSERV.ICORS.ORG

You may write the entire list or to individuals. The default setting is to reply to individuals, so as to keep mail volume reasonable. Messages of interest to a wide audience should be sent to the group, messages of personal interest should be sent personally. Please do not use reply to respond to welcome messages, but copy and paste the address as these messages are forwarded by me from my email.

You are very welcome to particpate in the discussions - or intiate one - but please read the Preemie Child list rules first.

Accessing the Archives or Interacting Via the Web

How to Change Your Settings for the Preemie Child listserv

Once you are subscribed, you can change settings via the internet or email. For example, you can switch to the digest, stop mail for a vacation, etc.

To change your subscription settings go to this website. Follow directions to get a password and make changes.

To change your subscription via EMAIL write to:
LISTSERV@LISTSERV.ICORS.ORG

Put any of these commands in your message to pause mail, set the digest, etc.
You must write from an address subscribed to Preemie Child Listserv for these commands to work.

These allow you to:

SUBSCRIBE PREEMIE-CHILD - Receive directions for subscribing to the list

UNSUB PREEMIE-CHILD (or UNSUBSCRIBE PREEMIE-CHILD or SIGNOFF PREEMIE-CHILD) - Leave the list:

SET PREEMIE-CHILD NOMAIL - Pause mail, but stay on the list.

SET PREEMIE-CHILD MAIL - Restart email

SET PREEMIE-CHILD DIGEST - Switch to Digest version (messages combined into one daily email):

SET PREEMIE-CHILD NODIGEST - Switch back to single messages:
